I am the founder of Rally & Rise, a coaching practice built on three pillars: confidence, clarity, and performance. My path to coaching began long before I built a business around it. As a former Division I tennis player at Rider University, I have spent over 20 years teaching tennis, working with players and clients of every age and skill level. That instruction has always been about more than technique. On the court, I discovered that the same principles that build a stronger athlete, discipline, presence, resilience, translate directly into building a stronger professional and a stronger life.
My coaching practice draws equally from my own experience. After facing significant loss and a major personal and professional transition, I had to relearn how to move forward without a roadmap. That process shaped the way I work with clients today, many of whom are professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders facing their own crossroads, whether that means a career change, a leadership challenge, or a goal they have carried for too long without acting on it.
Today, I hold certifications in life coaching and tennis instruction, with a Pickleball certification arriving on October 18, 2026. I also hold a certification in business management from Drexel University, which supports the strategic side of my coaching work with professionals and organizations. Whether I am working with a client virtually on mindset and clarity or meeting them on the court to build confidence through movement and competition, my approach is grounded in one belief: what you have been through does not have to determine what happens next.
